Pros

Name recognition in their field. They are extremely short staffed and because of this you can get onboard pretty easily learn a lot about a wide array of technical fields and/or managerial responsibilities. Being at Flow for a year or two can be a great stepping stone to a more lucrative job externally. Their are some great people at the ground levels who are tremendously good at what they do and work hard to help customers.

Cons

Company is owned by private equity firm AIP who are bleeding it dry. Due to being understaffed the work environment is very stressful. Not as in "Oh I have to work hard here". As in "Oh I don't get to spend adequate time with my family because they expect me to drop everything for them, but at the same time they don't provide the tools to drive customer satisfaction. " Some upper management have "failed upwards" being promoted due to favoritism, not performance and are "protected". These people believe poor quality is acceptable. Employees not accepting mediocrity are targeted as disruptors. Employees suffering under constantly rising workloads are not heard by upper management, meaning burnout rate is very high. Training is subpar and customer facing employees are often thrown into the fire with no escalation help.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Poor management. Will be micromanaged horribly while your work load increases. Managers talk down to the employees. Terrible moral.
