Pros

Autonomous work life, but the company expects results. The Directors and founders at the company are really great people. It reminds me of being an athlete, when you had a coach that you liked you would play harder and try to make them proud. Everyone is on the same page usually and there are literally no grumps who work here.

Cons

It's a start up, so the training process isn't exactly through. But if you are a go-getter who takes action and isn't hesitant to just get out there and dot it you'll be good. They know that they have to improve on that tho and are taking steps to do it which is a good sign.
