Company direction and performance is reported to all staff regularly. There is no micromanagement, staff are trusted and encouraged to perform their duties in a way which suits their working style. Huge amounts of benefits, staff library, team lunches, days out, lunchtime clubs, etc. Senior management take a keen interest in staff and their development, not just within the company, all areas of self improvement are encouraged and supported.

Due to the current size of the company, career movement/progression is limited at present but I expect this to change as the company grows.

Good management, takes care of staff really well, Quarterly day outs for team bonding, always learning on the job, it's a fun and great environment to work in. To do well in a job you need good management - who will support, nurture and motivate you through a job - your mentor, counsellor and coach all in one.

Due to the servers the room gets really hot in the summer, just make sure you have a large fan by your side! And there can be additional things you do on the side not related to your actual job but it's appreciated and it's nice to get away from your desk.
