Fluid has amazing people and clients which makes the work fulfilling and rewarding. There has been a lot of great change in how we work and approach our projects, specifically in analytics, digital marketing, and strategy. Our teams are well connected, learn from each other, lift each other up and most importantly, we're having fun when we work together. The partners have a modern approach to leadership, allowing for remote work, hiring amazing people throughout different states and they have lately introduced 'Summer Fridays'.
Cons
The pandemic has created some issues around adhering to processes as we needed to focus on getting work through the agency as well as our culture –as we haven't been able to see each other in-person. There has been a lot of improvement happening on this already.
