The best engineering products in Wet Wellness, Fluid Handling, Irrigation and Water Treatment sectors. An impressive array products and enviable customer base. Provides constant training and growth opportunities. Good performance is easily recognized and suitably rewarded. Unbeatable opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      As a Market Leader offers the best in class products which are normally priced at the higher end of the price spectrum. So if you are a price seller (in Sales or Business Development functions) you won't enjoy the journey but you will have plenty of opportunities to become a "Value Seller"

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
