Pros
The feeling of coming to work every day and being part of a productive and supportive team is amazing. Genuine Leadership from the top down that starts with employee morale is just fantastic. To come in right as the busy season started was insane. The hold queues were very busy but to see everyone work together including managers was perfect. Getting through each day was fulfilling, there was no sense of being buried. Even when others were busy they were ALL genuinely wanted to help teach me and give me good information. I love that the company values show within each employee without having it be forced or be "cheesy". The recruiting and management seem to have put together a great team that works well together to accomplish all tasks and goals. And of course, can't say enough about the 9/80 workweeks and having every other Friday off!
