      -They truly live by their values, not just posters on the walls -The people and teamwork is really incredible -The 9/80 work schedule is a huge benefit -Challenging and engaging work -Unique and interesting business / products -Great communication from the Leadership

      No real cons to speak of - I am enjoying the fast paced environment!
