The team, the environment, the support. I genuinely feel like I contribute to this team and that they want me to succeed as much (if not more!) than I do - their enthusiasm and positivity is contagious!
Cons
There's no fat free creamer in the automatic coffee machine (I had to come up with *something*, this place is truly wonderful to work for and I feel lucky every day to be a part of this team).
