Pros

The opportunity to consult with innovative technology companies as a product marketer is a rarity, and that’s exactly what working at Fluvio provides. For people with a passion for both PMM strategy and execution, as well as being a trusted advisor for other PMM leaders, it’s hard to imagine a better fit. The supportive team at Fluvio is extremely engaged, helping each other grow by proactively sharing best practices and working together to solve the toughest challenges. It’s great to be a part of a team of talented product marketers who are making an impact across so many industries.

Cons

N/A. The team is small but growing and the opportunity presented is great.

Pros

- Expert product marketing minds and frameworks to learn from - Opportunity to learn a broad set of industries, products, and skills in a short period of time - Fully remote with a lot of flexibility and support from the team - Really down to earth and fun team to work with! Company offsites are the best

Cons

- Be ready to context switch for a few clients at a time (not really a con in my mind, but you need the right drive and project management skills for this) - It's always a trade off working for a start up, just know you're contributing to building something great and need to be more flexible than with an more established company

Pros

Since joining the fast-growing consultancy, one of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity to lead client projects and the confidence to candidly bring my perspective and share insights. This, coupled with the autonomy to shepherd my own work calendar, creates a work culture of trust and flexibility that I believe continues to enable the team and company's success. Additionally, due to the growth stage of the company, there is a ton of opportunity to contribute to a number of the foundational components of the org (outside of the core client responsibilities). Not to mention, being fully remote and having unlimited PTO isn't bad either ;)

Cons

No cons at this time. I will share that as someone who came from larger, enterprise orgs, I was slightly nervous about the potential lack of structure, resources, benefits, stability, etc., but I have been pleasantly surprised and happy with the founder's transparency and commitment to providing and improving the aforementioned as the company grows.
