Pros
Fluxx is a family and is really welcoming. Even when I was new I didn't feel new for long. Everyone made me feel right at home. The office is very relaxed where you can work at your own pace (within reason). Since joining, I have been given a lot of responsibility and have loved all the challenges that has been thrown at me. The management have been supportive of my career development and have paid for my courses as well as letting me decide which direction my career takes. The projects are always different and exciting as is the clientele, many of whom are repeat clients (because they enjoy working with us so much).
Cons
If you don't ask you don't get. Here at Fluxx you can't sit back and expect things to come your way, you need to go out and get them. Whether it be courses, projects or meetings with management.
