Pros
I really loved working at this company. It was a great experience and my manager was always pushing me to grow and learn. The team was also so great to work with and was so supportive of each other. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the R&D department and was able to wear many hats and learn a lot! Good healthcare and great pay!
Cons
Sometimes there were instances where there wasn’t a clear path and conflicting goals from different internal stakeholders that could slow down work or even make some work that was already completed seem inapplicable. I also didn’t see myself growing at the company as there was internal reworking of titles and career growth paths twice within the year I spent at the company.
