Pros
Support team is cool, most everyone is chill and we back one another up.
Time off is unlimited (but suddenly it's not PTO it's "sick time,") and we can work remotely. Not too many calls unless one of our vendors screws up.
Cons
So many. Mainly the transition to Next is a disaster, and management has been no help at all. They've thrown their support team to the wolves. Support isn't allowed to contact the new owners, and the new owners are getting more and more orders. Support has no way of helping customers because we have no access to Next dispatch or systems. We have to lie and say, "It will be there soon" when we have no way to guarantee or confirm that. Only 2 senior management members are allowed to speak to the new owner, and they both chose to go on vacation on the same week during a major company transition. Then after a week, they decided the "supervisor" could also speak with them, but there has been little to no update on the many, many, many issues we've asked about.
