Hires people by offering hybrid model and then penalises them for not coming into the office all 5 days. Favoritism for coming into the office, no action for non-performance Very political environment amongst teams and at leadership level. Senior leadership is trying to stab each other and let teams suffer. No committed strategy. Allocate funds for a vision and then dissolve the whole project and team mid way without notice and visibility from leadership. Poor people skills of senior leadership and limited understanding of various industry technologies. No job security, arrogant and rude senior leaders
