Pros
Great overall culture. The CEO is amazing and really cares about his staff. Little perks are nice, like lunches, coffee, ect. Direct Managers are great people and work hard. Coworkers are great people and happy to help you learn. Happily would recommend the company to a friend, as long as it is a role not within the sales org.
Cons
Benefits are not the best. Sales org is not a great place to work. Leadership does not really understand what the day to day needs are. At times company messaging is cloudy because they are trying the be cloudy and “whimsical.” If you are looking for a career in sales, or have a career serious sales, Flywheel is probably not the best fit. No work life balance. What is important one month, can be a very low priority the next month. A lot of knee-jerk major changes
