Pros
- no dress code, but you must wear company vest (except with documented medical conditions); - no work day is the same; - some stores have better teams and teamwork than others; - you will meet many diferent people and that will help build your soft skills; - it will be fun testing new products and present them to customers.
Cons
- lack of acknowledgement of existing human capital; - it will be hard to manage family life & work due to constant different shifts and starting/finishing times; - upper management placements dependant on connections and not based on merit or work developed; - benefits and salaries not upkeeping with reality of employees' needs; - no HR is present in any store; - if some reconstruction is needed in stores, you will be bullied into working on it, despite it not being your job; - the important thing is no longer the customer but the KPIs and how well aligned with corporate strategy of the month you are.
