Pros

If you have no marketable skills, artistic talent, almost made it through the local Community College but do have world class brown-nosing skills then this place is your El Dorado. They will probably be out of business soon so this may be irrelevant, but don't expect any promotions or raises here based on performance. These things are gauged strictly by who takes the owner and his closest boot lickers to lunch, loses money to them at poker night and tells them how smart they are. The best thing about this place is not working there anymore.

Cons

They say they "Work Hard and Play Hard" but it's hard to get any real work done there when you've got a company so bloated with incompetent "leads" and "managers" who spend most of their time justifying their titles by lining up to kiss the owner's shoes. This place is run like North Korea: a small talentless group of brown nosers surround a leader and tell him how brilliant he is while the company rots away. If not for the housing bubble this place would've collapsed long ago.

Pros

Great company culture. The people there are by far the best I have worked with in my life. They are all friendly, supportive, inviting, humble and caring. The owners are great people that go out of their way to make the staff feel appreciated. The job changes by the day so it never gets boring. When travel is required we always stay in nice accommodations with all expenses covered. Steve the CEO is very hands-on and is always seeking feedback from each department on what can be improved. The sales team all support each other. This is a friendly competitive environment that in no way is cut-throat. I will consider my co-workers friends for years to come. Michael the National Sales Manager put together a great training program to set you up for success.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind.
