Flexible hours, some people are nice at lower level, clean and well maintained facility. The compensation is industry average. The work/life balance is good.
Cons
Very high turnover. Every month we have at least 1-2 people leave. I think last year we lost about 30 people. No one wants to stay with this company. The Sr. management is horrible to work with. They have no idea how to grow the business or how to retain the top talent people. The HR ladies are clueless, they don't do anything. Everything has to go through corporate. I feel bad for DiaSorin who paid $300M for this company. They will need to bring their top talent people because the one they got are not going to turn this company around. I strongly suggest them to fire all the Sr. management staff as soon as they close the deal.
