Pros

Great colleagues, great store managers, benefits, pto, quarterly bonuses, flexible scheduling, solid pay structures with raises, diverse and inclusive culture, promotes growth within company and encourages upward mobility. Vast networks of information and access to tools. Diverse days and consistent peak seasons. Great physical exercise.

Cons

Generalized roles with overly broad and ill-defined descriptions of duties at entry level positions. Tech replacements/repairs are often slow to come to stores. Low hour allotment and short staffing broadly requires a "many hats" crew in all store role levels.

Pros

it was great working for Follet, there was great flexibility schedule alongside great management, and I had gained experience overall. Everyone I worked at were amazing and driven.

Cons

The temporary job is only for a month, and I only worked 2-3 days per week. so, it's important to keep in mind of dates.

Pros

At one point they had a nice cafeteria with freshly cooked food for decent prices, but they shuttered it around COVID. My guess is it's probably not back now.

Cons

Youll have to work with lazy and incompetent T1 techs with 20+ years of service with the company and will never be jettisoned no matter how little output they have. Terrible pay, calls almost never stop coming in, toxic environment. Worst HR department you'll ever experience Promotions almost never happen because there are always employees with 15 years of service ahead of you. Laziest T1s got promoted to T2 if there ever was a spot. T3s would be let go and not replaced.
