      Folloze has a great product, and the work to grow revenue is fun and demanding. The company culture is welcoming and inclusive.

      Pros

      - Product solves a real pain point for Fortune 2000 companies - ACV and TCV are high, so comp is great - Leadership tries their best to be as transparent as possible - The team is phenomenal. All hard workers who care and are kind.

      Cons

      - Tough to sell a nice-to-have - Breaking into F2000 companies as a small company is TOUGH and sales cycles are long (and often boomerang).
