Pros

- Some colleagues were helpful. - Standard office environment.

Cons

- I experienced a sudden probation termination within a very short time of joining, without any constructive feedback, expectation setting, or proper evaluation. - Extremely poor communication from HR and management. There was no transparency during onboarding or probation. - Hiring decisions appear inconsistent. Resigning from a stable job to join this company can put your career and family financial planning at risk. - Lack of consideration for the personal impact on employees. The termination caused significant stress as I have a newborn baby and had just bought a home.

Pros

Opportunity to gain exposure to backend system engineering and Cisco equipment. Work involves hands-on learning in a technical environment.

Cons

Very little room for new employees to make mistakes during probation. A five-minute overrun of my lunch break was treated very seriously and reflected negatively on my performance. In my previous work experience, whether in small SMEs or larger organisations, I had never been treated this way over such a minor incident. Management style felt strict and, in my opinion, lacked sufficient guidance and support for new hires. I was uncomfortable that my CV was displayed on a projector during onboarding for others to view. In my previous companies, my CV was only been seen by the hiring manager, director, or HR personnel directly involved in recruitment. I found the workplace culture challenging and not a good fit for me. Based on the employment package offered to me, there was no Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), 13th-month payment, or annual bonus. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend the company to those looking for a supportive environment to learn and grow during probation.

Pros

Salary paid on time. Management is quite ok. HR is also quite ok.

Cons

Mostly doing military camp projects (extremely niche sector). Limited scope in technical skill acquisition and exposure.
