I want to express my concerns regarding the circumstances surrounding my termination. I believe my termination was unjust and directly related to ongoing medical issues I was experiencing at the time. Prior to my dismissal, I communicated my health concerns to management and made every effort to follow proper protocol, including providing documentation and requesting reasonable accommodations when necessary. Despite these efforts, I was met with a lack of support and was ultimately terminated without clear cause or an opportunity to fully address the situation. This has left me with the strong impression that my termination was not based on performance or conduct, but rather was influenced by my medical condition—a situation that I believe constitutes discrimination and a violation of my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws.
