      Pros

      None whatsoever, senior leadership and HR team are an absolute joke.

      Cons

      Worst place to work. Toxic environment, they tell you they care about you, they don’t. Everyone is trying to survive. Senior leadership (COO, Culinary Director, regional Chef, Regional Directors) are all hypocrites. Save yourself the disappointment and waste of time, and don’t bother with this group.

      Pros

      - Hours were generally nice. Weekends off and all holidays. Just be aware that it's salary and during salary negotiations they said the low pay was based on a 40 hour work week which almost never happened. -hourly staff were great.

      Cons

      -hard to actually manage staff with the amount of paperwork required. -volume of inspections required by corporate standards. -management was run lean in relation to hourly staff.
