I certainly appreciate you taking time to express your opinion. The food safety business is not for everyone. We are like a hospital emergency room. Yes we have many consistent customers however we never know what is coming in our door. We must always be prepared to assist our customers to the best of our ability.
We have many opportunities for promotion, educational programs (both internally and degreed), health care benefits, a 401K matching program and many other benefits for our staff. We have many employees who have been with us more than 10 years. I value each and every employee and will continue to search for ways to improve their lives personally and at FSNS.
