Management is not paying attention to the needs of the workers yet they demand more productivity and faster approaches to work. Work is done by one person at each table only. They roll eyes, express frustrations when you don't pwrform minor details such as doing the trims with one hand or taking more time to do trims for new employees. They don't help you if you need to have someone alongaide you stating that their role is only to observe and not do the taks in the lab.
