Pros
Some of the employees are great to work with. They try very hard to work in a difficult environment
Cons
The CEO doesn't listen to his management team. He makes decisions based on what's best for him and expects his staff to drop what they are doing to take care of his every whim. The management staff are given company phones so that they are on-call 24/7. Even when on vacation out of state, the CEO expects employees to read emails and pick up the phone. Very poor work environment.
