Pros
Managerial staff + owners really value lines of communication within the company and allow your concerns to be heard. I first started as a front of house employee, then back of house (kitchen), then shift supervising. I took a break to explore an internship in college and was hired back once that internship was over. I truly LOVE Foosackly's for their product and for their generosity towards those who perform well and respect the job.
Cons
It's an easy job and things can get overlooked but take the initiative when you see something. Management, with any service industry job, will help to an extent but not on the tasks you can complete yourself. No con's here really, show up + show out and you'll walk away satisfied.
