Abusive and hostile management HR have covered up complaints No guidance on work, you never know if it’s good or not until you get an email or pulled into HR to be fired on the spot. I’ve seen this happen to SO MANY PEOPLE. Hostile work environment Really out of the way - Rochdale is not a great place Health and safety is not checked Management brag about changing people’s records after they’ve left, adding in fake disciplinary reports and changing people’s documents. HR and senior management don’t discipline management but use the managers actions against employees A lot of bullying happens in the workplace, that’s why so many people leave, you often see people celebrating handing their notice in so they can get out I CANNOT wait to hand my notice in and leave. HR & recruitment also write fake reviews on here... I walked past as they were talking about their “test” post which is aptly named “test” on this. Absolute stupidity to try and lure unexpecting future employees in.
