Lack of well thought out strategy with direction changing daily Lack of transparency on how decisions are being made alienating peopole who could otherwise contribute meaningfully Very toxic environment where senior leader play colleagues against one another to avoid consequences of previous decisions Absolutely no processes for anything and every single project starts from ground 0 Colleagues are completely stressed and burned out and if you raise concerns you're tagged unfit to "keep up with football" Senior leadership make stuff up on the go putting colleagues dealing with clients in award positions of having to back up lies and strategy that never existed in the first place Work and life balance is absolutely non-existing Senior leadership is more worried about office numbers than results delivered

- Central London office - Snacks / coffee machines / cereal options

- No management structure. - No room for learning or development. - Expected to 'get on with it'. - Isolating as most people work remotely. - No real friendships. - Extremely demanding work with lack of support. - Unrealistic deadlines and turnaround times. - People do not care for 'backroom' staff. No respect unless you are 'management'. - HR is non-existent. - Pay is below market. - The ones that 'stick it out' seem to be favoured.
