I Was working with the company for more than 2 years,
1. Compare to other BGV company this has good work stations
2. Higher Management is good

Nothing specific in this company,
1. Improper administration
2. Improper work structure,
3. Most important is there is no hierarchy structure,
4. No one in the company is accountable for any work,
5. Everyone is blaming everybody,
6. Those who are works for more than 4 years they will get horns on their head.
7. Too much delay in upgrade to next level
Good organizational Setup, Kind and intelligent people to work with, superb boss i.e. Colonel sir, salary on time, friendly environment, space to think creatively and apply it in work, leaves are given without hassle, work pressure is there but in good sense. All in all a very good company to work and learn actively.
Cons
Nothing as such, Just sometimes the work become very stressful.
