Pros
Good place to get your foot in the door doing AV integration, sales, and design in the church and corporate markets. Mr. Ford reviews every proposal, so the customer and the employees have a decent safety net.
Cons
There is a form for everything, much like the US government. The employee turnover rate is unhealthy. If you don't impress quickly and fit the Ford mold, you are terminated. Employees are expected to clean the bathrooms!
