Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
Large company, tons of new technology being developed with plenty of opportunities to get involved, and Ford is betting heavy on the future of EVs and battery storage. Really exciting time to be here and in the automotive industry.

Large company brings ton of bureaucracy, things take FOREVER, need tons of people involved to make a decision. Sometimes it feels like you can’t make any progress because it’s like do a 180 with a cargo ship .
