I loved the customers and my managers at Fords in Lansdowne Management was caring and supportive of each of us. The food is very good and very consistent.

The owners of Fords Fish Shack did not care about their employees. I worked there for a year and never had one word with the owners. They made servers that only get paid $2.13 an hour pay for the restaurants credit card fees. Also severs had to tip out food runners that were not even there on multiple occasions. Where did that money go??? They stole from us. They used intimidation tactics by getting secret shoppers nearly twice a week and if you did not say everything correctly or forgot to say your name you would get a bad review even if the service was immaculate. There are underage cooks that work in their kitchen who go to high school and then work night shifts some of them were between 15 and 17 years old. They worked managers 80 hours a week working 14-15 hour days. They took advantage of their staff. Beware of this place
