Pros

ForeFront has always been a great place to work, but these past few months have really shown how great of an organization it really is! While many companies struggled with how to handle the pandemic, our company immediately allowed the team to work from home. The owners also offered to personally do a no-contact delivery of supplies (e.g. toilet paper, hand santizer) if someone was running low. Someone from the team made free masks for anyone who needed it. Our IT team loaned laptops to parents with kids who were being homeschooled. And everyone checked in on one another throughout. We are still working from home, but have the option to come into the office (if we want to get out of the house) which has been thoroughly cleaned and rearranged to allow for social distancing. They're also keeping our Summer Fridays - which I love! And lastly, while many of our competitors are doing layoffs, we are thriving! We are hiring because our clients love us and want to keep working with us. It's a busy time, but this team always comes together to get it done.

Cons

We are working a lot. We have tight timelines. And are working on things that have never been done before so there isn't a playbook - we have to figure it out.

Pros

I worked within the Sales Team performing tasks around demand generation. The company is 25 years old and can draw on so many past experiences (successes and failures) to bring value to their customers. Their resources are always working on new skills and certifications to stay current with technology. On top of doing great work for their customers, ForeFront is a family run business and makes every employee feel a part of the family. Even being remote and not getting to physically be with the team every day, I felt heard and that my work and opinion mattered.

Cons

Would have loved to meet the whole FF family, but I came on just after their yearly kickoff powwow. Remote work is the way of the world now, but getting everyone together is always good for team building - the ROI is hard to see on paper, but it's there.
