      Pros

      A lot of freedom, short days of work, the best WLB.

      Cons

      Lack of management and HR. Doesn't have a good organization tree, a lot of hidden unemployment. There isn't management to driven people to do it. A lot of child's and uncles in the company ( which make their place safe) and the company people is very old.

      - Relaxed environment - Highly skilled people with a good mindset and plenty to learn from - Very high accountability to your own work

      Cons

      - Management can be stubborn and not listen to potential pivots or new ideas - Sometimes to slow to make important changes (related to previous point)
