      Pros

      A young start-up with huge potential and tons of support from the Senior Leadership Team to do whatever it takes to become the largest trade employer in the world. As it is a start-up, things move and can change quickly. Being flexible and adaptable are huge personal assets. There is a high espirt de corps and tons of collaboration, whether you are on the Pro side or back-office side of the business.

      Being a young start-up, things change quickly and you need to be adaptable. Must be willing to do the work, and not just strategize. Potential for long days occasionally

      The people there are amazing, as well as the mission of the company.

      Cons

      With a large amount of non-technical employees, it was difficult to emphasize the importance of some of the new features / technical nuance.

      There is opportunity to learn and build skills as tradesman.

      This is a startup that is surrounded by union and heavily established trades groups and companies that already have processes ironed out. There were many missing processes and leaders of those processes so things werent as smooth as they could be. There was also missing experienced professionals in the back office that coudnt connect with what the field needed or how it should have run.
