Pros

-Remote -You may get lucky and be in a location where they actually provide supervision (they advertise that they in every job post, claiming “Internal supervision”..but they literally do not). …honestly not that many pros to list anymore, the company was great when I started however there’s been so many leadership and organizational changes that it’s now a complete mess.

Cons

- pay is way too low - company is in shambles in terms of changes that are disorganized.. no communication - the billing department is a nightmare - they claim to be client centered yet are NOT, they used to be a “one stop shop” but have gotten rid of entire departments like care coordination and that has now fallen on the therapists

Pros

I love that as a mental health care provider Forge Health makes a point to evaluate and learn about every client. My colleagues are helpful, team players with a drive to make our patients lives better.

Cons

I really haven't found any.

Pros

Remote work, flexibility, great med staff and chief med officer

Cons

While the organization has talented employees and the potential for success, the overall work environment has become increasingly challenging due to frequent organizational changes and inconsistent leadership direction. Processes and priorities often shift on a quarterly basis, creating uncertainty and making it difficult for teams to establish stability and long-term success. One of the most concerning aspects of the culture is the lack of professional communication and transparency at the leadership level. Gossip and internal politics often appear to influence decision-making, which can negatively impact morale, trust, and collaboration across teams. Unfortunately, this environment has contributed to the departure of many highly skilled and dedicated employees whose experience and contributions were valuable to the organization. Greater focus on consistent leadership, clear communication, employee engagement, and a culture of respect would help improve retention and strengthen the workplace overall.
