- Sometimes @here is used in the Slack channels, without it being necessary That's the only con I can actually think of.

The training and services for SFCC they provide are very good quality. The flexibility in working hours allows for better work-life balance and increased overall job satisfaction. Unlike other companies employees are still allowed to work from home whenever they like. Colleagues are always ready to help.

No cons that I can think of.
