Pros
On the actual shop floor there are quite a lot of nice hard working people and the Immediate supervisors are good to work for

The management couldn't care less about you, since we have been taken over we were made to change from 5 x 8 hour shifts to 4 x 12 hour shifts with virtually no notice of it happening, we went to working 8 hours a week extra and even though I have a contract for a 40 hour week they didn't pay us overtime rates for the extra 8 hours as my contract states, but we were basically told that's what you're doing if you don't like it then leave, they laid off about a third of our staff as we went to two shifts not three, now they are reverting to 5 x 8 hour shifts and are looking to hire new staff, this new management team are trying to save the place and are just attacking it with a sledge hammer, they want you to work every weekend and they don't like it when you say no, always under pressure to do more but then they don't look at what people are actually doing in terms of output, and while the people in general on the night shift are good to work with as far as the management are concerned we don't exist, we are never consulted and are blamed for everything
