Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience working at Formo. First of all we appreciate your recognition of our mission and vision, which is the core of our business, as well as your positive mention of your colleagues. We are proud of our people and purpose driven culture.
Regarding your concerns, we apologize if you have experienced any shortcomings in the transparency of our management and team structure. As we acknowledge that these areas are crucial for creating a supportive and stable work environment, we have established weekly open office hours with Raffa, our CEO, weekly all hands and an additional bi weekly complementary shorter all hands, addressing any topics which are relevant for the whole organization. It’s important to note that constant change and ambiguity is the nature of a startup, nevertheless we are continuously improving our internal communication and transparency.
For us, the development of our employees has always been a top priority. We understand the importance of establishing clear growth opportunities for our employees and therefore we recently established performance management and invested in the performance management tool Leapsome, which sets a solid foundation for career growth and ongoing development for all of us. Furthermore we offer all of our employees a yearly learning and development budget as well as internal trainings.
We are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces diversity, equality, and inclusivity and do not tolerate any discriminatory behavior. We take allegations of discrimination of any kind very seriously and have platforms in place for employees to voice their experiences, such as our anonymous pulse checks, assigned trust people and an anonymous way to contact People & Culture via Leapsome. We encourage everyone to report any discriminatory behavior, in order to take considerable actions and maintain an environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
