As we acknowledge that these areas are crucial for creating a supportive and stable work environment, we have established weekly open office hours with Raffa, our CEO, weekly all hands and an additional bi weekly complementary shorter all hands, addressing any topics which are relevant for the whole organization. It’s important to note that constant change and ambiguity is the nature of a startup, nevertheless we are continuously improving our internal communication and transparency. For us, the development of our employees has always been a top priority. We understand the importance of establishing clear growth opportunities for our employees and therefore we recently established performance management and invested in the performance management tool Leapsome, which sets a solid foundation for career growth and ongoing development for all of us. Furthermore we offer all of our employees a yearly learning and development budget as well as internal trainings.
