The weld shop supervisor sets you up for failure. He will tell you not to come in, then tell HR youre a no call no show. He is very 2 faced and has the HR in his pocket. If you ever have any issues, dont expect to get any help from him. I hit my head very hard af work, and the next day was fired. No report filed, I wound up having a VERY bad concussion and was unable to even walk for a week.
