- Formulatrix provides a small company feel with direct access to upper management even though it is a large global company. -There are no political shenanigans; everyone is direct, honest and transparent with management and business decisions making it a very friendly environment to work in. -The technology and projects developed are innovative and address real life science needs. - Profitable company with ability to heavily invest in R&D

- Previously work life balance was a sore point, but mandatory hours were recently reduced. - High cost for family health insurance plan
