Cons
Lack of love of students success. Will pass a student along who has not met any standards to pass. Will make you cover a class during conference, PLC, lunch. They don't. It was not an ask, it was forced. Will change everything you did good the year before and force you change it. Pile, Pile, Pile more and more and more on to your plate. Till you cant breath.
