The inter-department communication is a little challenging at times, especially with many employees being remote.

The ability to make quick decisions and pivot to get things done.

The complete hypocrisy of the company culture. Having the CEO married to the President ensures there’s no path to resolution. And no trust. Which is ironic, since trust is one of the company’s “core values”.
