I think they sometime lack the mentorship that help potential leaders in the company. There are people who want to learn and improve in business knowledge of Fort Wayne Metals. Elder statesmen seem to be too preoccupied

Fun work, meaningful products created. Really nice events put on for employees.

Cons

Impossible to move up if you aren't friends with the hiring manager in most departments. If you don't have at least a bachelors degree, you mean nothing and will never be valued as more than a production worker regardless of your skill and accomplishments.
