Flexible schedule but poor supervision and honesty issues - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Forta Employee Review

The work you do is meaningful and impactful to the business. Processes are quick to be developed and implemented which is rewarding. Leadership is very involved in all aspects of the organization and open to thoughts and ideas from all employees. As a start up you develop skills in a range of areas and there is a lot of cross department teamwork which I enjoy.

Can be long hours to meet deadlines, but that is expected in a start up environment.

I've worked with Forta for 2.5 years. My leadership has always been top notch! They are approachable, accountable, and always willing to listen to new ideas. The organization really cares about helping families get the care they deserve as well as ensuring their employees are valued. The flexibility to work from home has been a life changer as well. I would highly recommend a career at Forta and have truly enjoyed my time with them. I have also appreciated being involved in some of the decisions of day to day operations which shows that the leadership respects the opinions of their employees.
