Things can change rapidly here. I consider that to be a good thing, but I recognize that not everyone shares my sentiment. This is a lively, dynamic work environment and that does not sit well with people who are more comfortable with routine.
You may be asked to take on responsibilities that are outside of your experience or comfort zone. If you find that unsettling you might be happier elsewhere.
