Pros
Flexible time off, some good colleagues left. Company used to be profitable and employee equity was real. Back in 2018 a lot of folks bought new houses and cars with their share of profits! But that was the "good old days" when leadership didn't suck. Used to be an awesome place to work!
Cons
Everything. Zero diversity unless you count outsourcing to India. Few women, almost no POC, especially in leadership. Company has outsourced critical roles they don't even understand to a 3rd party that shows over and over that they are terrible. Leadership is putting lipstick on a pig to try to sell it before it tanks. All of the employee equity granted in recent years? Gone. Shares are worthless, even the high level ones granted to execs, and being restructured to further screw people over. CEO has "experience" with this kind of thing - just look at his former employer who declared bankruptcy in May 2025. Apparently there is plenty of money to sponsor ice hockey teams (are you a global company or a small midwestern company??), but not enough to pay employees a decent wage.
