      good pay, nice team members

      Cons

      Constant change in processes and roles. No security or structure. New Management is useless. Lack of communication and underhanded re-assignment of roles. Constant fear of USA layoffs. Total disorganization.

      Began as a collaborative and friendly environment to work, with amazing managers and coworkers.

      Cons

      Eventually began to have resourcing issues and layoffs which stretched people thin.
