Great Company in a unique market - Anonymous employee Fortress Technology Employee Review

Great company to work for, good work/life balance. Cool perks like free onsite yoga classes. Management is great and you get the sense they really do care about you as a person. You wouldn't get let go/fired on a whim (unless you do something very stupid, I suppose). Not regularly expected to work long hours, but if you need to for a project, you get extra time off for it.
