      - Immediate impact to enterprise-wide decisions you have no visbility of or can influence - Because of the ability to set your own agenda to reach goals, many will not know "what exactly you are doing" which can be harmful during Performance Reviews

      work life balance with good compensation

      Cons

      No proper feedback from management. People were very positive while giving performance review. However from nowhere they let me go. I understand they suffered huge financial loss however, they were very dishonest because they kept me dark about the whole situation and as if they planned it.
